By registering, you are requesting information about Branch Distributing and the products we sell and you are giving us permission to respond to your request by whatever means seems appropriate for the type of information we may provide - by e-mail, fax, phone, or direct mail. You may contact us by any of these methods at any time to modify or withdraw your permission and we promise to promptly honor your request. Branch Distributing does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you or your company with other people except to provide products or services you've requested, and then only when we have your permission.
SECURITY
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Terms:
| Branch Distributing accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Open account terms are NET, 30 FROM THE DATE of INVOICE. |
Minimum Billing:
| We appreciate every order. Our minimum billing amount is $15.00 (not including freight). |
Freight Policy:
| Orders over $100 are eligible for a 3% Freight Allowance, calculated on the net merchandise cost. |
Return Policy:
| Please contact us for a return authorization (RA #).
CLAIMS for ERRORS or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
NON-DEFECTIVE items may be returned for credit within 60 days from the invoice date. Product must be in resale-able condition and is subject to a restocking charge.
DEFECTIVE: Without our prior approval, we will not issue an R/A # after 90 days from the invoice date.
